The petitioner seeks bail in Kankarbagh P.S. Case No. 180 of 2016, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 420/34 of Indian Penal Code. Charge sheet has been submitted under Section 420 and 406 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged in the written report that petitioner on the pretext of getting job of Railway Apprentice to the informant, took Rs.1,40,000/-. The informant demanded money after 10 days on getting suspicion. The petitioner had given wrong address. The address was of his friend. It is further alleged that petitioner threatened the informant of dire consequences.

Petitioner is in custody since 22.5.2019 having clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub JudgeXVII-cum-A.C.J.M., Patna, in connection with Kankarbagh P.S.
