The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Suryagarha P.S. Case No. 367 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 188, 268, 307, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(a), 27 of the Arms Act.

The petitioner is alleged to have participated in house warming party in which firing were made. The petitioner is in custody since 19.05.2023.

Considering the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with
