The present writ petition has been filed for the following reliefs:- "(i) for direction/writ order commanding the respondents to produce the entire record/proceedings of land survey of khata bearing No. 44, khasra No. 412, Thana No. 268 land measuring area of 78 decimal situated at village Auraiya Dev, Dumraith Panchayat in which wrong NOC is being issued for construction of Panchayat Bhawan against the violation of selection process norms and guidelines of land for construction of

Patna High Court CWJC No.10313 of 2024(2) dt.09-07-2024 2/2 Panchayat Sarkar Bhawan issued on dated 30-082022 by the Panchayati Raj Vibhag Govt. of Bihar and constitutional morality, cancel the said wrong NOC and take cognizance against the respondents and direct to issue fresh survey of land for construction of Panchayat Sarkar Bhawan at Panchayat Head Quarter.

(ii) Pass any other order/directions as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper n the facts and circumstances of the case and also in the interest of justice."

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he will approaching the respondent no. 2, The District Magistrate of Kaimur, Bhabua for redressal his grievance.

4. Granting the said liberty, the writ petition stands disposed of.

5. It is made clear, this Court has not made any comment on the merit of the case.
