2. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Maharajganj P.S. Case No. 58 of 2021, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per allegation, co-accused Pankaj Kumar with the connivance of his mother (petitioner), kidnapped the informant's minor daughter, aged about 17 years.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is mother of Pankaj Kumar against whom there is allegation that he kidnapped the minor daughter of the informant with intention to marry her. She has falsely been

He has further submitted that on similar footing, co-accused Jitendra Kumar has been granted anticipatory bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 9452 of 2022.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, the petitioner above-named, in the event of her arrest or surrender, within four weeks from today, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M-Vi, Siwan in connection with Maharajganj P.S. Case No. 58 of 2021, subject to condition as laid down under section 438(2) Cr. P.C.
