JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 08-02-2017 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail for offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 472 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he has been appointed in the year 2005. Thereafter, he completed all the required trainings. Allegation against him is that in collusion with Panchayat Employment Unit he has changed his application as well as his marksheet of Intermediate. It is further submitted that after verification of his certificates he has been appointed. The matter was also verified by several authorities of the Panchayat.

No.3219 of 2017 (2) dt.08-02-2017 2/2 Having heard both sides, in view of the facts stated above, let above named petitioner, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on provisional bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twentyfive thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Arwal , in connection with Karpi P.S. Case no. 143 of 2016 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. There are other conditions also that bailors should be local having property within the jurisdiction of the court concerned and petitioner shall cooperate in the investigation and make himself available before the police as and when required. Further, once the Chargesheet is submitted in this case against the petitioner, he will surrender before the court below and make prayer for regular bail which will be considered on the basis of materials available on record.
With the aforesaid observation, this application stands disposed of.
