The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Barachatti P.S. Case No. 691 of 2017 registered under Sections 30(a), 38 and 47 of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. 80 lts. of country made liquor is said to have been recovered from the Tavera vehicle and four accused persons including the petitioner were apprehended.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that no incriminating article has been recovered from his conscious physical possession. Petitioner happens to be simple commuter of the said vehicle and he had no knowledge of keeping the liquor in the said vehicle. He has also no concern with

In the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge, Excise, Gaya in connection with Barachatti P.S. Case No. 691 of 2017.
