JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 10-07-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Hulasganj P.S. Case No. 55 of 2019, disclosing offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 504 & 506 of IPC.

Allegation against the petitioner as per F.I.R. is that he assaulted the brother of the informant, namely, Uday Kumar by Gandasa, causing injury.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that there is case and counter case between the parties and injury report, which is annexed as Annexure-2, which clearly shows that injuries are simple in nature.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, considering the above submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner,
