This is a petition for grant of regular bail for the offences under Sections 302, 120(B) and 201 of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioner and others are under suspicion to have committed murder of the father of the informant. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the case diary would reveal that the witnesses have stated before the police that the father of the informant died on account of accident caused by a tractor. No one has claimed before the police to have seen the occurrence of murder. Considering the fact that only material against the
