2. The petitioner apprehends her arrest for the offences alleged under Section 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Naokothi P.S. Case No. 68 of 2018.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated merely because she is the mother of co-accused Mithun Sahni who is said to have taken away the daughter of the informant. The petitioner is a widow lady claiming clean antecedents.

4. Learned APP opposes the anticipatory bail petition on the basis of the case diary, submitting that the victim girl has not yet been recovered and there is allegation against the accused persons of having taken away the minor daughter of the informant.

5. Having regard to the nature of accusations and gravity of offence alleged, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The anticipatory bail petition stands dismissed. BT/- (Vikash Jain, J) U T
