Since both the cases arise out of Supaul Nadi P.S. Case No. 17 of 2021, they have been heard together and are being disposed of by this common order.

Case No. 17 of 2021 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.
Considering the nature of injury sustained by the injured, these anticipatory bail applications are allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, of both the cases, in the event of their arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Supaul, in connection with Supaul Nadi P.S.
