2. This petition has been preferred by the petitioner directing the respondents to grant the benefit of 1st and 2nd ACP w.e.f. 09.08.1999 and 24.03.2006 respectively.

3. It is submitted by the counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has joined his services in the year of 1982 as Kushal Shilpi. He superannuated from his services in the year of 2017. After completion of 12 years and 24 years of the services he is entitled to get the benefit of 1st and 2nd ACP which has not been provided to him till today. He further submits that for this

Patna High Court CWJC No.10066 of 2025(2) dt.01-07-2025 2/2 purpose he already made his representation before the respondent vide Annexure - P/4 dated 27.12.2022 which has been duly forwarded by the concerned authority along with the service record of the petitioner, in spite of that he has not been given any benefit of 1st and 2nd ACP. Lastly, he submits that this petition may be disposed of, directing the concerned respondents to consider and decide the claim of the petitioner within any stipulated period fixed by this Court.

4. The State counsel does not opposes the prayer made by the counsel for the petitioner.

5. On the basis of submissions made by both the counsels appearing for both the parties, this petition is disposed of, directing the concerned respondent to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner i.e. Annexure P-4 in accordance with relevant rules and laws and pass a reasoned order as early as possible probably within 60 days from the receipt of copy of the order of this Court.

5. With the aforesaid observation, this writ petition is disposed of.
