2. This is the 2nd attempt of the petitioner. Earlier the bail application of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 09.04.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 4278 of 2024.

3. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 66(B) & 66(D) of the I.T. Act.

4. The following order was passed on 09.04.2024 in Cr. Misc. No. 4278 of 2024:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 420,467, 468, 471, 34, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and U/s 66B, 66D of the I.T. Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.52308 of 2024(2) dt.31-08-2024 2/2 is a cyber fraud. The petitioner and others were caught in the village who were in the process of committing fraud.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that is quite innocent and has committed no offence and the petitioner is in custody since 08.11.2023.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail and has submitted that sufficient material has come during investigation to connect the petitioner with thecrime.

6. Considering the fact that petitioner is involved in cyber crime, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

7. This application for regular bail is dismissed.

8. The court below is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner.

5. No ground for review is made out.

6. Accordingly, this application for regular bail is hereby rejected.

7. The court below is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner and other co-accused.
