Petitioners are in custody in connection with Buniyadganj P.S. Case No. 82 of 2019 for the offence under section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

In the instant case total 40.640 liters of illegal foreign liquor was seized.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are in custody since 31.5.2019.

Considering the fact that petitioners have no criminal

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.42800 of 2019(2) dt.11-07-2019 2/2 antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioners, let the petitioners, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Excise, Gaya, in connection with Buniyadganj P.S. Case No. 82 of 2019.
