Learned counsel for the petitioners is expected to honour his undertaking given in the instant case for depositing the requisite court fee and to remove the defects as pointed out by the office when called upon to do so by the office.
The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.54870 of 2021(2) dt.08-04-2022 2/3 Sections 341, 323, 307, 353, 427, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged that during the course of catching of astray animals, the accused persons including the petitioners pelted stone on the police party and broken the vehicle glasses and assaulted the drivers of the vehicles due to which they sustained injuries. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners and the name of the petitioners came on the basis of given information by the local unidentified informant. Moreover, for the alleged occurrence of 22.06.2020, the F.I.R has been registered on 23.06.2020. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioners have no criminal antecedent. In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail
