2. The petitioners have renewed their prayer for anticipatory bail in connection with Complaint Case No. 576(c) of 2013 for the offences alleged under Sections 341, 323, 379, 385 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code which was earlier rejected by order dated 31.07.2014 in Cr. Misc. No. 11973 of 2014 along with co-accused Ajay Kumar Himanshu.

3. It is submitted that the aforesaid co-accused Ajay Kumar Himanshu has since been granted pre-arrest bail by the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13370 of 2015 (2) dt.24-02-2016 Supreme Court in S.L.P. (Crl.) No. 9491 of 2014 and the petitioners are similarly situated persons being the father and his two sons.

4. Having regard to the entirety of the facts and circumstances, in the event of the petitioners' arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from the date of communication of this order, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Jyoti Prakash, learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Patna in connection with Complaint Case No. 576(c) of 2013 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
