The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Konch P.S. Case no. 353 of 2018, registered under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 354 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The accusation is that in course of returning of Manjit Kumar, son of the informant, on 27.12.2018, eight persons named in the F.I.R., including the petitioners, variously armed with weapons surrounded him. At that time, Manoranjan Sharma pointed the pistol at the chest of Manjit Kumar and ordered to kill him then Shashi Ranjan Sharma gave iron rod

Thereafter, both the petitioners caught hold the hands of Manjit Kumar and Manoranjan Sharma started pressing his neck, when the informant rushed to save his son then Yogendra Sharma and Rahul Sharma caused injury at the head of informant through iron rod. Thereafter, Manoranjan Sharma and Shashi Ranjan Sharma along with others tried to kidnap his son and demanded ransom of Rs. 50,000/-, then Sunita Devi, wife of informant, gave Rs. 10,000/- to them. At that time, Rahul Sharma snatched golden chain from the neck of wife of the informant. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners and informant are co-villagers and due to grudge the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. Moreover, the allegation of causing assault to the son of the petitioner and informant is against the Manoranjan Sharma @ Priya Ranjan Sharma, Shashi Ranjan Sharma and others.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners, be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M. Gaya in
