Learned counsel for the State has drawn attention of this Court towards the order dated 19.11.2013 passed in CWJC No. 12354 of 2013 (Annexure-A to the counter affidavit) which reflects that the father of the petitioner has more than two wives and both the wives have their own respective children.

The present petitioner cannot be given benefit of compassionate appointment unless they settle the score and obtain no objection from rest of the family members, only then the relief can be

Patna High Court CWJC No.11951 of 2013 dt.17-10-2016 granted in favour of the petitioner and petitioner alone. In such circumstances, this Court cannot give a direction for appointment of the petitioner on compassionate ground.
