The appellant is apprehending his arrest in connection with Athamalgola P.S.Case No.80 of 2018 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 143, 323, 341, 379, 504, 307 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3(1)(r) of SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act. Allegation against the appellant and other accused persons is of abusing the informant by caste name and also of assault. Submission of the learned counsel for the appellant is that the specific allegation of abusing by caste name and assault is on other accused persons who have been granted privilege of anticipatory bail, vide judgment dated 100.8.2018 passed in Cr. Appeal (SJ) No.2340 fo 2018. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above , let the appellants , above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Special Judge within a period of six weeks from the date of order be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court CR. APP (SJ) No.4538 of 2018 dt.21-02-2019 2/2 Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge SC & ST cum Addl. Sessions Judge V, Patna in connection with Athamalgola P.S.Case No.80 of 2018 subject to condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
