16-01-2019 The prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected only on 20.08.2018, vide Cr. Misc. No. 49486 of 2018. Without even expiry of six months, the present bail petition has been filed. After some argument, Sri Ansul, learned counsel for the petitioner, in presence of Sri Sanjay Kumar Sharma, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor, requests for withdrawal of the present petition so that petitioner may file petition after completion of six months from the date of last rejection of the prayer for bail. The prayer is allowed.

The present bail petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty, as indicated above.
