The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No. 270 of 2016 registered under Sections 366A, 376 read with 34 of the of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act. Considering the gravity of the offence and the allegation made in the FIR that the petitioner along with one Anna ravished a minor girl aged 17 years, I am not inclined to grant him bail. The application is rejected.

Let the trial be expedited.
