The petitioner is in custody in connection with Tarapur P.S. Case No. 164 of 2018 for the offences under Sections 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8 of POCSO Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 20.04.2019.

Referring to the statement of the victim under section 164 Cr.P.C. learned counsel for the petitioner submits that allegation against this petitioner is that he was standing at the time when Sumit Kumar took away the victim from the market when she was taking breakfast.
