2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 341, 504, 447, 323, 307 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act registered in connection with Town P.S. Case No. 246 of 2018.
3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated on the accusation that he along with father and brother have fired upon the informant. It is submitted however that the informant has received only one fire-arm injury and as such the prosecution story alleged against the petitioner is doubtful. The petitioner claims clean antecedents.
4. Learned APP opposes the anticipatory bail petition on the basis of paragraph 21 of the case diary
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.74065 of 2018(4) dt.13-03-2019 2/2 containing the injury report discloses that the firearm injury on the informant is stated to be serious to life
5. Having regard to the nature of accusations, gravity of offence alleged and considering the injury sustained by the informant, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The anticipatory bail petition stands dismissed. (Vikash Jain, J) BT/- U T
