2. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Akbarpur P.S. Case No. 216 of 2023 for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 307, 354B, 379, 506 & 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 21.04.2023.

4. The petitioner is said to have assaulted the victim. He is in custody since 21.04.2023 and the charge-sheet has been submitted by the police under Section 324 of the Indian Penal Code.

5. Considering the fact that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and period of custody, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.46258 of 2023(2) dt.04-08-2023 2/2 of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in connection with Akbarpur P.S. Case No. 216 of 2023.
