By order dated 18.10.2017 the petitioner was directed to be released provisionally on the condition that the petitioner shall deposit Rs. 1/- lac in the court below within eight weeks. Mr. Yogesh Kumar appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that due to the marriage of the daughter of the petitioner the said direction has not been complied with within eight weeks time granted by this Court. He prays for further time in order to comply with the direction dated 18.10.2017. Considering the circumstances enumerated in the petition, time is extended till 31st January, 2018 for the said purpose. It is made clear that failure to deposit the aforesaid amount by 31st January, 2018, the order dated 18.10.2017 granting privilege of
