The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Protest-cum-Complaint C.R. No. 735 of 2015 registered under Sections 467, 468, 323 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that, in fact, on the basis of the complaint petition field on behalf of the complainant in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga, Bisanpur P.S. Case No. 93 of 2014 was instituted

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.75947 of 2018(3) dt.25-04-2019 2/2 on 17.12.2014 under Sections 120(B), 420, 467, 468, 323 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code but on investigation, the police submitted final form but differing with the final form, learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga, took cognizance for the offence under Sections 467, 468, 323 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga, in connection with Protest-cumComplaint C.R. No. 735 of 2015, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
