None has appeared on behalf of the petitioner. However, Mr. Avnish Nandan Sinha, learned Government Pleader No.11, appearing on behalf of the State-respondents, is present. Having considered the averments made in the writ petition and materials on record, it is hereby directed that respondent No.4, namely, Senior Superintendent of Police, Patna, shall enquire into the grievances raised in the writ petition, do the needful in accordance with law and complete the same expeditiously, preferably, within a period of six months, ensuring
