03-02-2015 Heard learned counsel for petitioners, learned A.C. to Addl. Advocate General - 11 as well as learned counsel, who has appeared on behalf of private respondents.

The present writ petition pertains to dispute under the

Patna High Court CWJC No.5074 of 2007 (4) dt.03-02-2015 2/2 provisions of the Bihar Consolidation of Holdings and Prevention of Fragmentation Act, 1956.

In view of proviso to Section 15 of the Bihar Land Tribunal Act, 2009, the Court is of the opinion that this matter can well be adjudicated by the Land Tribunal. The office is permitted to transmit the record of the case to the Bihar Land Tribunal forthwith.
