Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code. The FIR is against unknown. The petitioner is in custody since 18.08.2017 on suspicion. However, he has not been put on T.I. Parade as yet. Only material against the petitioner is criminal antecedent and his confession before the police. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Aurangabad Muffasil Police

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.58562 of 2017 (2) dt.18-12-2017 Station Case No.102 of 2013, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
