Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Majhualia P.S. Case No. 152 of 2021 registered for the offence punishable under sections 448, 341, 323, 384, 436, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.53472 of 2021(4) dt.12-05-2022 2/2 Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioners have no committed any offence as alleged in the first information and they have been falsely implicated in this case due to admitted land dispute between the parties. Moreover, the parties have compromised the dispute as per the Panchnama contained in Annexure-3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Majhaulia P.S. Case No. 152 of 2021 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
