The petitioner seeks bail in Mahila P.S. Case No. 55/2018, instituted for offence under Section(s) 493 of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 3⁄4 of D.P. Act. It is alleged in the written report that the informant, aged about 21 years, came in contact with this petitioner, who is Mausera Bhai of her Bahnoi. They started loving each other. It is further alleged that on 24.04.2016, petitioner took the informant to Jharkhadi Temple and put sindur to her and started living with each other as husband and wife. It is alleged that on 12.09.2016 petitioner took the informant to Sasaram Court and got prepared a paper, which petitioner told that it is marriage certificate. Petitioner did not take the informant to his house. He demanded Rs. 1,50,000/- and a motorcycle from the informant.

She had entered into relationship with this petitioner on her own free will. It is mentioned in para 11 of bail petition that informant denied to do medical examination.
Learned counsel for informant has opposed the prayer for bail of petitioner. He has submitted that petitioner after performing marriage with informant neglecting her because she was not able to fulfill his demand.
Petitioner is in custody since 13.08.2018.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 55/2018, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner. (Sanjay Priya, J) rakhi/- U T
