JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 21-07-2016 The anxiety expressed by the petitioner that since the order of transfer contained in Annexure- 4 does not exactly indicate the post and position which he is supposed to occupy by virtue of the said order dated 26.3.2016 can be very well looked into by the SubDivisional Officer, Patori. Let the petitioner report before the SubDivisional Officer, Patori, who will pass an appropriate order indicating the position which the petitioner shall hold and work on by virtue of his transfer to the Sub -Divisional Office. That by itself cannot be a ground for interfering with the order since there is no legal infirmity in the decision as such.
