The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Ghosi P.S. Case No. 388 of 2020 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 325, 332, 333, 336, 377, 377, 338, 341 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 11 and 56 of the Mineral Concession and Illegal Transportation and Storage Act and Section 15 of the Environment Protection Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that petitioner is not named in the first information report. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.
