2. The instant application for anticipatory bail has been filed by the petitioners apprehending their arrest in connection with Bidupur P.S. Case No. 773 of 2024 instituted for the offence under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 109, 292, 74, 352, 352(1) and 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023.

3. The case of the prosecution is that all the accused persons are neighbours of the informant. They were intoxicant and were making noise. When the informant stopped them not to make noise, they started abusing the informant. It is further

It is further alleged that daughter of the informant, namely, Munita Kumari came to rescue on which she was also assaulted with lathi on her head.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the occurrence is of 29.11.2024 and the case was filed on 02.12.2024. The delay has not been explained by the prosecution. It has also been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the nature of allegation is general and omnibus. The petitioners are men of clean antecedent.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail to the petitioners.

6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and in the facts and circumstances of the case as stated above, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail. The petitioners are directed to surrender in the Court below within a period of four weeks from today and in the event of their arrest or surrender in connection with Bidupur P.S. Case No. 773 of 2024, they will be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each of them with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned
