2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Jharokhar P.S. Case No. 49 of 2025 registered for the offence under Section 317(5) of BNS.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is alleged to have been caught with a stolen motorcycle.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 8.4.2025 and he claims to have clean antecedents.

5. Considering the facts of the case, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.42561 of 2025(2) dt.16-07-2025 2/2 the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Dhaka, East Champaran/concerned Court below in connection with Jharokhar P.S. Case No. 49 of 2025, subject to the condition that the bailors should be close relative of the petitioner.

7. As the petitioner claims to have clean antecedent, the Court below, before accepting the bail bonds of the petitioner is directed to verify the antecedent of the petitioner. If the petitioner is found to be involved in any other case then the bail bonds of the petitioner shall not be accepted. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Vikas/- U
