The petitioner seeks bail in Excise Case No. 171/2019, arising out of Sheikhpura P.S. Case No. 249/2019, instituted for offence under Section(s) 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is alleged in the written report that on getting information that accused Rajesh Kumar Chaudahry @ Prince Kumar of village Jamalpur Bigha, Sheikhpura is doing illegal business of country made liquor, the police party reached at the place of occurrence. Seeing the police party accused persons fled away but petitioner was arrested, who was found hiding a gallon. On search of aforesaid gallon, 40 litres of country made

Petitioner is in custody since 03.06.2019 having clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 2nd Addl. District & Sessions Judge, Sheikhpura, in connection with Excise Case No. 171/2019, arising out of Sheikhpura P.S. Case No. 249/2019, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
