====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE DR. ANSHUMAN ORAL ORDER 06-01-2023 Heard Mr. Vyas Kumar Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr. Kameshwar Kumar, learned GP-17 for the State and Mr. Pratik Kumar Sinha, learned counsel for the University.

Learned counsel for the University submits that in compliance of order dated 17.10.20202 a supplementary counter affidavit has been filed and all admitted dues have been paid to the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there are still some dues which has not been paid by the University. Opportunity was granted to the learned counsel for the

Patna High Court CWJC No.11632 of 2022(5) dt.06-01-2023 2/2 petitioner to file the rejoinder affidavit but it has not been filed till date.

In this view of the matter, the present writ application is disposed off with a direction that, if there is still any dues, the petitioner is at liberty to file representation before the University and University shall take a decision in this regard within 6 months thereafter.
