2. The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in connection with Muffail P.S. Case No. 123 of 2019 r/egistered for the offence under Section 341, 342, 323, 324, 307, 368/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner and others are said to have assaulted the victim causing simple bruise injuries, though, the allegation is that the petitioner and others had caught the victim and had tied his hands but there is no bruise injury in support of the tying of the hands of the victim.

4. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application for grant of anticipatory bail is allowed.

5. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Munger in connection with Mufassil P.S. Case No. 123 of 2019, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
