Both the parties accepted that in the light of order dated 16.07.2015, almost all the suggestions/ agreements have already been completed except converstion of divorce suit under section 13b of the Hindu Marriage Act for which the steps shall be taken by the parties in future and now parties do not have any grievance against each other.

Accordingly, provisional bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 16.07.2015 in connection with Complaint Case No. C-360 of 2014 pending in the court of Sub-Divisional Judicial
