The petitioner is seeking regular bail in Baisi P.S. Case No. 227 of 2017 (arising out of Special Excise Case No. 2818/2017) registered under Section 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition Excise Act, 2016. It appears from the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner that the recovery of illicit liquor has been made from possession of Vikas Kumar and Rajesh Sah. There is no recovery of illicit liquor from possession of this petitioner. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, named above, be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs. 15,000/- (Fifteen thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 3rd
