JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 04-03-2016 By way of the present application preferred under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner seeks quashing of the first information report of Maharajganj P.S. Case No. 355 of 2013 dated 09.12.2013 registered under Sections 468, 471 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State and perused the allegations made in the FIR as contained in Annexure-1 to the present application. The allegations made therein do attract ingredients of a cognizable offence.
