The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Gaunaha P.S. Case No. 10 of 2020 registered under Sections 363 and 366 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further he submits that in the instant case, first information report is lodged after lapse of 10 days of the alleged occurrence. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the
