The petitioner is in judicial custody in connection with Phulwaria P.S. Case No. 83 of 2021 registered under sections 25(1-B)a/26/35 of the Arms Act lodged on 25.5.2021. As per prosecution case, the petitioner amongst the other was nabbed and a loaded country made pistol was recovered from him.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that considering the nature of case as also the fact that he has got clean antecedent and is in jail since lodging of the FIR (26.5.2021 as stated in para 10 of the bail application), the petitioner deserves bail.

Let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of
