JUSTICE RAMESH KUMAR DATTA ORAL ORDER 06-09-2016 In the supplementary show cause filed on behalf of the B.N.Mandal University, a detailed calculation chart has been produced and it is stated that the entire arrears of the petitioner's late husband who was the original petitioner as also that of the family pension have been paid to the petitioner. A rejoinder to the same has been filed which purports to produce a calculation chart which had been prepared

Patna High Court MJC No.3349 of 2013 (5) dt.06-09-2016 2/2 by the late husband of the petitioner with a request that the same may be re-examined in terms of the calculation chart produced by the petitioner's husband.

From the facts and circumstances brought before this Court, it is evident that the order under contempt has been complied with.

It shall be open to the petitioner to file an application before the University on the basis of the said calculation chart which had been prepared by her late husband and upon such claim being filed, let the same be considered by the Registrar of the University and in case anything else is found payable to the petitioner, the same shall also be paid to her. The contempt petition is disposed of with the aforesaid observations and directions.
