The main grievance of the petitioner is that against original order passed by the respondent Additional Collector, as contained in Annexure-6, and the appellate order passed by the respondent District Collector, as contained in Annexure-9, she filed Revision Case No. 134 of 2015, but her aforesaid revision case has simply been kept pending and is not being decided by the respondent Divisional Commissioner for the reasons best known to him.

After having heard the parties, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent Divisional Commissioner (respondent No.2) to take up the aforesaid Revision Case No. 134 of 2015 on priority basis and all endeavours shall be made to dispose of the aforesaid revision case at an early date

Patna High Court CWJC No.12628 of 2015 (2) dt.04-03-2016 2/2 preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of the present order. However, before passing any final order, an opportunity of hearing must be given to all concerned.
