Petitioner is in custody in connection with Alamnagar P.S. Case No. 162 of 2018 for the offence under sections 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 379, 363, 366, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Referring to the statement of the victim under section 164 Cr.P.C. learned counsel submits that victim has admitted that due to quarrel with her husband, she went to the house of her mother with her children.

From the statement made under section 164 Cr.P.C., it appears that there is no material about the involvement of this

Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of S.D.J.M., Udakishunganj, Madhepura, in connection with Alamganj P.S. Case No. 162 of 2018, G.R. No. 909 of 2018.
