2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sadar P.S. Case No. 173 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 87 and 140(3) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of kidnapping the victim.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. The petitioner is in custody since 19.04.2025.

5. From the statement of the victim girl, it appears that she has eloped with the petitioner.

6. Learned counsel for the informant has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Purnea in connection with Sadar P.S.
