The present petition has been filed for transfer of Matrimonial (Divorce) Case No. 358/2021 (Ashwini Kumar vs. Shilpi Sinha & Anr.) from the learned Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Patna to the learned Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Khagaria.

At the outset, the learned counsel appearing for the opposite party, i.e. the husband, namely, Mr. Shivam Gupta has submitted that the opposite party has got no objection in case the aforesaid case is transferred from Patna to Khagaria. 4.

Having regard to the fact that the opposite

Patna High Court MJC No.1431 of 2022(3) dt.08-02-2024 2/2 party has got no objection regarding transfer of the aforesaid case from Patna to Khagaria as also considering the fact that the petitioner is at present residing with her old aged parents at Khagaria and has to face acute difficulty in attending the aforesaid case at Patna, I deem it fit and proper to direct for transfer of the records of the aforesaid Matrimonial (Divorce) Case No. 358/2021 (Ashwini Kumar vs. Shilpi Sinha & Anr.) from the learned Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Patna to the learned Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Khagaria. 5.

The present petition stands allowed.
