The petitioner is in custody in connection with Runnisaidpur P.S. Case No. 23 of 2019 for the offences under Sections 25(1-B)a, 26, 35 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that allegation against the petitioner is that on search one country made pistol with three cartridges were recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 14.01.2019.

Considering the fact that petitioner has remained in custody for more than six months, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten
