This writ petition has been filed for quashing the order dated 06.07.2002 passed by the Deputy Collector, Land Reforms, Dumraon, in Misc. (Modification of Jamabandi) Case No. 06 of 2001-02 as well as the order dated 19.12.2006 passed by the Additional Collector, Buxar, in Appeal (Case) No.100 of 2002.
This Court is of the opinion that this matter can well be adjudicated by the Tribunal as it is a mutation matter under Section 9 of the Bihar Land Tribunal Act, 2009.
Patna High Court CWJC No.3676 of 2007(5) dt.16-12-2021 2/2 Accordingly, in view of proviso to Section 15 of the Bihar Land Tribunal Act, 2009, the Registry is directed to transmit the records of this case to the Bihar Land Tribunal, Patna forthwith.
Considering the fact that this case is pending before this Court since long, it is expected that the Tribunal will hear and dispose of the case as early as possible after giving proper notice to all the parties concerned including the petitioners.
