The petitioner has been in custody since 02.07.2018 in connection with Khajekalan P.S. Case No. 195/2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation against the petitioner is of firing on the informant. The injuries which have purported to have been inflicted by the petitioner, have been found to be simple in nature. It is further submitted that the petitioner is willing to co-operate in any further investigation and also in the trial.

Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances and that the petitioner has got no criminal
